Rules and regulations

CHECK-IN TIME: 12:00 p.m.
CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 a.m.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

All children under 18 must be on their site by 9:00 p.m.

SITES

One camping unit and one vehicle per camping site or one tent and one vehicle per tent site. No grey water dumped on ground. No vehicle repairs on site. Do not wash your car or RV in the campground. Maximum of 6 people per site including daily guests. Please request permission from the office before washing your RV.

SPEED LIMIT

5 MPH – 1st offense will be a warning, 2nd offense will be asked to leave the campsite.

TREES

Please do not climb the trees.

ROADS

Stay on the gravel at all times, do not drive in the grass. No ATV’s, 3 or 4 wheelers, motorized scooters or go-carts. Motorcycles are to be used only for transportation in and out of the park.

RECREATION/LOUNGE AREA

Children under 14 must have adult supervision.

MESSAGES

Will be posted on the message board in the office.

PETS

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Limit 2 dogs per site. Dogs must be walked in the designated dog walk area and must be picked up after. Pets are not to be tied outside of your RV when you are not in the park and are not to be left unattended at any time. No ground tie-downs permitted. If any pet demonstrates aggressive behavior toward another pet or camper, you will be asked to leave the campground. No excessive barking!

VISITORS

Must register at the office upon arrival. All campers are responsible for their visitors, and if extra visitors are at your site without having registered, you and your visitors may be asked to leave the campground. Maximum of 6 people per site including visitors.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Are not to be in evidence at any time.

FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS

Are strictly prohibited for the safety of all campers.

CAMPFIRES

Are not permitted on the ground. Only use self-contained unit that is at least 6 inches off the ground.

TRASH

All trash is to be placed in dumpsters.

BE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL

to your neighbors. Please follow only designated roads or walkways. Please do not cut through occupied RV sites.

UNLAWFUL ACTS

Destroying, defacing, disturbing or removing any part of any building, sign, structure or equipment. Destroying, cutting, breaking, removing, defacing, mutilating, injuring, taking or gathering any tree, shrub, other plant or plant part, rock, mineral, or geological feature. Failure to pay for rental charges or other fees required for park and facility use. All fires must be confined to designated grills or areas. Hunting, trapping or other harassment of wildlife. Acting in a disorderly manner or creating any noise which would result in annoyance to others. Littering and/or dumping any refuse or waste, including grey water, from any trailer or vehicle. Pets must be leashed and restrained. Explosives, incendiaries, flammables and other dangerous substances are prohibited.

One person, 18 years of age or older, must be at each rented campsite.

Bicycle helmets are required by law for guests 15 years old and younger.

Not more than 2 motor vehicles are permitted on a campsite at any time.

No swimming permitted in ponds at any time.

The above rules and regulations are maintained in consideration of our guests and to protect resources within Mountain Top RV Park. Please be sure that all members of your party are aware of these guidelines prior to arrival.
